Ingredients
- 35g Premium Shōyu Tare by Thorim
- 12g Truffle Infusion Oil by Thorim
- 250ml Black Hen Chintan by Thorim
- 100ml Basic Dashi by ramen_lordWe use kombu and shiitake simple dashi. No niboshi or katsuobushi.
- 1psc Premium Shōyu V2.0 Noodles by Thorim
- 1psc Ajitama Marinated Eggs by Thorim
- 6-8slices Smoky Duck Chashu by Thorim
- 3psc MenmaWe have both our menma that we make at ramen shop, and storebought since it is in my opinion better than ours, so just decide yourself
- 3psc KanpyoWe buy marinated ones from a local distributor.
- 10g Negi (scallion)No white part though here! Just regular round slices - no need for stripes.
- 1psc NarutomakiWe buy ours frozen from Cominport, Poland
