Truffle Infusion Oil
This aroma oil is essencial for the Premium Shōyu ramen. It gives distinct aroma to the bowl. Guests just melt down when they are "hit" with this truffle smell.

Ingredients
- 10g Croatian Preserved Black Truffles in Olive OilThis was the cheapest / highest quality option for us in Latvia. You can use fresh black truffles (winter or summer preferably, however autumn can work too - just less of that strong aroma). You can substitute this with any other truffle oil - just don't use truffle butter.
- 5g Dried porcini mushrooms
- 5g Dried shiitake mushrooms
- 100ml Vegetable oil
