Ingredients
- 350ml Sapporo Black Soup by kansuibae
- 40ml Sapporo Black Tare by kansuibae
- 1 cup Raw beansprouts
- 1 tsp Raw GarlicMinced
- 30ml Pork fat (Lard)Divided into 2 15ml portions
- 1 half Ramen Egg (Hanjuku / Ajitsuke Tamago) by edwizard
- 2-3 Slices Standard Braise Chashu by ramen_lord
- Pinch Tokyo negiJulienned. Other negi can substitute. If using Tokyo negi, use only whites and very light green.
- 1 piece Dried wood ear mushroomSimmered in water for ~20 minutes
- 2-3 pieces Menma by ramen_lord
- 5ml RamenCook Garlic Oil “Mayu” by DRWednesday
- 150g Uncooked Sapporo Black Noodles by kansuibaeCook time roughly 2:30
