Yasai Shio Ramen

Ingredients
- 20ml Shio Tare by _reamen_
- 325ml Yasai Chintan (Vegan) by _reamen_
- 140g DMV #18 by _reamen_
- 1 AjitamaBoil egg for 6:45 minutes, transfer to ice water. Peel egg and marinate in water, shiro shoyu, and mirin for 2-3 days.
- Green onion
- 2 slices Marinated tofu
- 10ml Garlic & ginger aroma oil
- 3 sticks Roasted Carrot 'Menma' by _reamen_
- 3g Fried garlic, ginger, sea saltRemove fried garlic and ginger from the aroma oil, and grind with sea salt in a mortar & pestle.
