Yasai Shio Ramen

Ingredients

  • 20ml Shio Tare by _reamen_
  • 325ml Yasai Chintan (Vegan) by _reamen_
  • 140g DMV #18 by _reamen_
  • 1 Ajitama
    Boil egg for 6:45 minutes, transfer to ice water. Peel egg and marinate in water, shiro shoyu, and mirin for 2-3 days.
  •  Green onion
  • 2 slices Marinated tofu
  • 10ml Garlic & ginger aroma oil
  • 3 sticks Roasted Carrot 'Menma' by _reamen_
  • 3g Fried garlic, ginger, sea salt
    Remove fried garlic and ginger from the aroma oil, and grind with sea salt in a mortar & pestle.
