- 30ml Chicken fataka "Chiyu"
- 30ml Iekei Tare by kansuibae
- 300ml Iekei Soup by kansuibae
- 160g Iekei Noodles by kansuibaeUncooked Weight
- Handful SpinachShould be full maturity, preferably with root. Use "Horenso" if available.
- 3 Slices Iekei Chashu by kansuibae
- 3 pieces NoriSize should be 1/4 of full maki sheet
- 1/2 Cup Short Grain White RiceDry Weight
