- 350 mL Soup for Sapporo Black by DRWednesday
- 40 mL Sapporo Black Tare by kansuibaeI substituted the Chinese Black Vinegar in this for Nola Blends’ umami garlic vinegar. It’s a local small business with great products. Also, shoyu dare, a dark beef barbecue sauce may work as well!
- 5 mL Pork Lard
- 15 mL RamenCook Garlic Oil “Mayu” by DRWednesday
- 1 tsp Minced garlic
- 140 g Sapporo Style Noodle by ramen_lord
- 4 pieces Ramen Rotas Pork Chashu by DRWednesday
- 2 pieces Baby Corn “Menma” by DRWednesday
