Sapporo Black Ramen

Ingredients

• 350 mL Soup for Sapporo Black by DRWednesday
• 40 mL Sapporo Black Tare by kansuibae
  I substituted the Chinese Black Vinegar in this for Nola Blends’ umami garlic vinegar. It’s a local small business with great products. Also, shoyu dare, a dark beef barbecue sauce may work as well!
• 5 mL Pork Lard
• 15 mL RamenCook Garlic Oil “Mayu” by DRWednesday
• 1 tsp Minced garlic
• 140 g Sapporo Style Noodle by ramen_lord
• 4 pieces Ramen Rotas Pork Chashu by DRWednesday
• 2 pieces Baby Corn “Menma” by DRWednesday
