Green Curry Gyokai Tonkotsu

Ingredients

  • 140 g Low Hydration Noodles by edwizard
  • 290 mL Tonkotsu Gyokai Soup by ramen_lord
  • 60 mL Coconut Milk
  • 2 tsp Green Curry Paste
  • 1.5 tbsp Chicken Fat
  • 2 tsp Fish Sauce
  • 2 g Sugar
  • 1 tsp Bare Bones Shio Tare by ramen_lord
    This is a much smaller amount that you'd usually use. Green Curry Paste probably has salt. And you're probably going to get some salt from fish elements in your soup + the gyofun. Increase this if needed but 1 tsp worked for me..
  • 3 leaves Thai sweet basil
  • Small piece Kaffir Lime Peel
    Fresh or Dried, whatever you can get
  • 1 Tbsp Gyofun
    To taste
  • 1 piece Chashu
  • 1-3 pieces Nori
  • 1 Ramen Egg (Hanjuku / Ajitsuke Tamago) by edwizard
  • Any amount of green onions
    for topping
  • Some Menma
