Ajitama Marinated Eggs

We believe in fresh marinade that we only use for eggs. We don't use chashu infused sauce for eggs, because we have different guests and for some it is completely unacceptable to eat something pork related.

  • 1l Mirin
  • 80psc Extra Large Eggs
    Don't use or adapt the timings to smaller eggs! We work only with the biggest eggs possible from our local farmer.
